This boat is the result of Great Lakes vast experience in production of fine pleasure boats. It represents the high degree of craftsmanship and reliability that are the Great Lakes commitment. You have made a wise investment by purchasing a Great Lakes inflatable, we are convinced it will bring you many years of fun on the water and boating pleasure.

Standard Warranty: All Great Lakes Boats come with a standard three (3) years warranty on Mahler PVC tubes from date of purchase. Boats with Hypalon tubing come with a standard three (3) years warranty from date of purchase. The aluminum hull is covered by a five (5) years warranty from the date of purchase. Powder coating is covered by two (2) years from date of purchase.
Boats being used for commercial purposes: Have a one (1) year warranty on the entire boat form original dale of purchase.
WARANTY EXTENSTION: Provided the boat is registered through www.glboats.com/registration within 30 days of purchase your warranty will be extended to 5 years on Mahler PVC tubes and 10 years on Hypalon tubes. Boats being used for commercial purposes warranty extension does not apply.

With all aluminum RIBs warranty extension is 6 years on Mahler PVC tubes..
To obtain warranty - the boat must be brought to a Great Lakes dealer to enable a trained technician to assess the boat for the customer issue. If the boat is abroad and there no accessible Great Lakes dealers a facility who has trained technicians in inflatable boat repair can perform the necessary services or repairs, provided the facility provides Great Lakes Inflatable Boats with the applicable HIN number of the boat, customer name, warranty issue and photos.
Warranty can be transferred - to a future purchaser. The remainder of the warranty continues from date of original purchase. To transfer warranty the original purchaser or future purchaser is requested to provide Great Lakes inflatables with the following information: new owner name, address and email and HIN number of the boat. Transfer of warranty does not apply if the boat is being used for commercial purposes.
Not covered under the Warranty umbrella: This limited Warranty does not include damage or mildew due to improper storage, negligence or abuse. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abrasion, discoloration, oxidation, puncture, alteration, modification or damages due to loss or theft. To maintain warranty the boat must be operated with the proper tube inflation level and an outboard motor which does not exceed the maximum horse power rating as specified on the transom specification plate.
